Období, kdy začne sezóna lehkých salátů, se rychle blíží. Nemusíme si vždy připravovat tytéž dokola. Jarní, kuřecí, zeleninový, nebo těstovinový.
Jsou to nejčastější varianty salátů, které doma v letních a jarních dnech plánujete udělat?Zkuste s námi i lahůdku s mrkví a kuřecím masem. Vyzkoušejte a uvidíte, že se k němu budete rádi vracet.
ingredience
- 450 g kuřecího masa
- 3 ks větší mrkve
- 3-4 salátové okurky
- 60 g tvrdého sýra
- majonéza podle chuti
- sůl, pepř

Postup:
1) Uvaříme si kuřecí maso, které jsme nakrájeli na kostky. Osolíme, opepříme. Necháme vychladit.
2) Vejce si uvaříme natvrdo, necháme vychladit a pokrájíme na kostičky.
3) Mrkev si nastrouháme na struhadle na hrubší kousky.
4) Okurky zbavíme slupky a nakrájíme na kostky, ale můžeme také nastrouhat. Záleží na Vás.
5) Nastrouháme si také tvrdý sýr. Všechno smícháme v míse spolu s majonézou.
